Hank Held, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Burt Automotive Group: Hank is the founder of Burt Hybrid Conversions, LLC, partnering with A123 Hymotion, Hybrids Plus, and Proterra on auto and bus hybrid conversion projects. Hank has extensive prior experience in international project financing. He is the former President of BOC-AMEX Merchant Bank – Taiwan. Past projects include structuring the project financing for the first large-scale ethanol plant in Brazil, and being the author of lease financing regulations used in Indonesia and Taiwan as well as many other projects.

John Hughes, Partner, Clifton Gunderson LLP: John' s professional focus includes business management valuation, accounting, and tax consulting for privately owned businesses. He holds the Accredited Business Valuation (ABV) designation through AICPA and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). John is heavily involved as a leader in the community through non-profit boards and educational organizations, including The Colorado Health Foundation and the South Metro Chamber of Commerce for which he served as the Chair during 2007-2008. Susan Beckman, Arapahoe County Commissioner:  Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, Susan Beckman is serving her third term as Commissioner, representing District 1.  Prior to joining the Board of County Commissioners, Susan served three years as a Council Member with the City of Littleton. Among her achievements, Susan founded the South Platte Working Group that brought together 16 local governments and $28 million dollars in funding to connect trails, facilitate environmental cleanup and preserve additional land along the South Platte River Corridor. In 2006, Susan was selected to receive a Gates Fellowship to study at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Kevin McCasky, Jefferson County Commissioner:  Kevin McCasky was elected Jefferson County Commissioner (District 2) in November 2004, and re-elected in 2008.  Prior to being elected Commissioner, McCasky was elected and served as Jefferson County Assessor from 1998 - 2004.  He represents the County on the Jefferson Parkway Public Highway Authority (serves as Chairman), the Jefferson Economic Council Board, the Boundary Control Commission, and the CleanLaunch Board of Directors.  The West Chamber honored McCasky as the 2006 Elected Official of the Year, which was the second time he received that award and the only person in the Chamber's 60 year history to receive the award twice. Also, he was the Jefferson Economic Council Elected Official of the Year (2006) and the Economic Development Council of Colorado's Volunteer of the Year (2009). B.A. University of Northern Colorado.

Mike Setter, Partner, Setter Roche:  Mike is a partner of the firm and is a registered patent attorney with over ten years of patent experience and has prosecuted over 300 patents in various high-tech fields. Mike is technically proficient in the areas of communications, computer systems, software, optics, integrated circuitry, and electronics. He handles various intellectual property matters including patent prosecution, strategic IP planning, patent analysis and opinions, technology agreements, and patent litigation support.

Andre Pettigrew, Executive Director, Denver Office of Economic Development: Since joining the City and County of Denver, Andre has led the reorganization of the OED to better focus on Denver's economic growth, including efforts at "Greening Denver's Economy". Andre previously served in the public sector in roles including COO of Denver Public Schools and in the private sector as a Vice President for iBelay Venture Capital.  Executive degree, Harvard Kennedy School of Government; B.A., Economics, UCLA.

Stephen Miller, President/CEO, CleanLaunch: Prior to talking the helm at CleanLaunch, Stephen ha been the director of CTEK Stapleton Technology venture center since 2005. Stephen’s broad experience includes work with the Colorado Department of Labor, and the Southeast Business Partnership. He has represented clients including First Data Corporation, EchoStar, CH2M Hill, Aspen Bio, Stryker Endoscopy, Time Warner Telecom, Charles Schwab, and Nordstrom. Peter Edwards, Director, Fairfield and Woods, P.C.: Peter has worked as an advisor to growth-stage technology businesses as a lawyer and venture capital investor for over 30 years. He counsels privately-held technology companies through the entire financial and legal life-cycle. His background enables him to offer growth-stage companies a rare combination of hands-on, practical advice as well as technical legal guidance and execution. From 1996 to 2008, Peter helped launch the globally-recognized venture capital firm Altira Group LLC. An Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Mr. Herrick teaches Renewable Energy & Energy Project Finance, the first law course in the nation concentrating on renewable energy. He has done sustainability work, CSR projects, EMS, eco-strategies and “enviro-branding”.
