Facility
Office space is available for clients with the need and desire to work in a co-located entrepreneurial environment. Getting out of the basement and into a location that supports entrepreneurs can be a necessary ingredient to reaching the next level. CleanLaunch Clients are offered space at or below market rates as a separate arrangement from the incubator program, but it is not necessary to locate at the incubator facility to be an incubator Client.
CleanLaunch is temporarily co-located with Denver Ventures at Stapleton (CTEK Stapleton). The Stapleton facility provides entrepreneurs with an unmatched opportunity to develop their business in an ideal location. It offers easy access to Denver International Airport, the Boulder/Longmont corridor, Fitzsimons, and south metro Denver.....nothing is more that 25 minutes away.

- 4 conference/meeting areas
- Copy/fax facilities and kitchen
- High speed data and wireless access
The configuration in the planned 25,000 square foot facility includes a mix of office, industrial, and laboratory space. Offices in both venture centers come fully equipped with desks, chairs, file cabinets, and other furniture, and are wired for telephone and high speed data (wired and wireless).
Offices are grouped in pairs and three’s, so that growing companies can expand contiguously in many cases. There will also be direct contiguous access to the industrial sections of the building.
There will be 3-4 conference rooms available for clients to use on a reservation basis (no fee), and they will include white boards, tack boards, and audio-visual equipment. There is a shared kitchen and fax/copy center, with resources available to produce professional quality presentations and business plans.
CleanLaunch also has arrangements with landlords and facilities throughout the 7 county metro area to provide “just right” sized, affordable facilities that can accommodate almost any start-up from 5,000-50,000 square feet, with or without lab space, as needed. Contact us for more details.
